What do I bring to a session?

A non-judgemental mind, yoga mat, towel, water and good vibes.

Can I bring my children?

Yes, if they are old enough to sit through an event or session that will require a good amount of silence and focus. If not, please make arrangments to come alone.

What is Yoga Therapy?

MonaYoga approaches Yoga Therapy from a mental, emotional, anatomical and spiritual background; encompassing holistic treatment for each client. With a background in neuroscience research, positive psychology, Reiki, and traditional mental health therapy; Mona is well versed to serving individuals who experience all sorts of challenges.  

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothing that you can easily move in.

How long is a Yoga Therapy session?

Sessions typically last 45-60 mins depending on the need and energy of the client.
